Amber, approaching brown color. Hazy. Excellent multi-ringed lace throughout the tasting.
There’s a light toasted caramel with a touch of ash for the smell. Very mild.
The taste has semisweet berry flavor up front. Above average body with a heightened level of carbonation. The beer becomes increasingly bitter culminating in the swallow. It leaves a long aftertaste. Overall, this is a good middle-of-the-road drinking beer—one to bring to a party for everyone to enjoy.
