Hazy, light amber color. Moderate head which retains a film on the surface and leaves extensive spotting on the glass.
Oddly, I’m picking up Italian spices on the initial smell, most closely resembling oregano. No other aromas jump out making this very unusual but not unattractive.
Smooth malty start, although the body is neutral with an elevated carbonation level. The hop comes in strongly with a pine resin type bitterness. Not quite lip smacking but it does leave a longer aftertaste.
