Dark amber/light brown color. Hazy. Small but lasting head which leaves no permanent lace on the glass.
Strong gingerbread aroma, reminds me of Christmas.
The taste is more "bready". Basically, less than a cookie and more like a loaf of bread. So, the ginger is a bit muted in the taste with the Christmas spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, and faint mint) be more prevalent than the ginger alone. The blend makes it very interesting.
