Lumiere is a sophisticated, blended Sour Ale brewed with local wildflower honey. Double barrel-aged over 3 years, this beer first soured in charred bourbon barrels, before completing secondary fermentation in sherry barrels. Featuring complex notes of stone fruit, fig jam, and vanilla, Lumiere balances drinkability with depth of flavor. Drink fresh or cellar.
