I tried to make a hoppy rye saison because Jimbo likes hops and rye and saisons, roughly in that order. But I screwed up and put in too much ingredients so now it’s… a hoppy rye trippel? An imperial IPA? Some kinda thing? Whatever. It's hoppy and boozy and spicy and delicious, and that's what's really important here, so you can call it what you like. And if you were wondering - “Jaliper” is, to the best of my knowledge, something dumb my roommate made up.
