From a local Woburn Restaurant on 4/20/24
Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades moderately quickly, leaving a bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strongest of a biscuit malt mixed with a bit of cracker and bread. There is also a bit of yeast and some light notes of apricot and peach, as well as some notes of grain and a little bit of clove.
Taste – The taste is lighter overall with a bit of a grain, bready, biscuit malt flavor mixed with a little bit of apricot, peach, and banana sweetness. There is also a little bit of yeastiness and some light herbal and clove notes. As the taste advances it dries out a bit with the sweet leaving and some more malt joining in. At the end the alcohol makes itself known a bit more, leaving one with a direr, more malty, and lightly spiced/yeasted triple taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew was medium in thickness with a moderate carbonation level. Overall, a bit of a lighter nature would have been better, but overall, it was OK.
Overall – A decent triple. Glad I gave it a try. Nothing exceptional, but fun none the less.

Gold color with a neutral haze. The head dies to rim bubbles and leaves only an initial series of spots for lace.
Like many of the Bone Up beers, the aroma is mild. I do get some berry sweetness and alcohol to the nose.
The taste mimics the smell well with a notable alcohol bite and some malty sweetness. Rich but with good carbonation to balance it. Not truly warming, but the alcohol dominates.
