On draught at the brewery. Served in a snulip glass. It pours almost clear and the color is an attractive honey. It boasts a modest, frothy cap. The smell is mostly freshly-brewed coffee and lactose. Some reviewers claim it is excessively sweet but not this batch. There’s lots of acidic, fresh coffee and cream but the background is slightly nutty and earthy. Although a different style, the taste reminds me of Carton Brewing’s Regular Coffee. It has a smooth, creamy mouth feel. The ABV has been reduced from 10.0 to 7.0. Overall, this is an impressive Blonde Ale.

Look: It pours a hazy golden color with a slightly off white head.
Smell: It has strong aromas of coffee and a bit of vanilla.
Taste: The flavors are more balance with the coffee and the vanilla. There are also sweet elements that are sugary.
Feel: It has a smooth, creamy texture to it. The finish is sweet, but not cloying.
Overall, this is unique. Based on the color, the surprise comes in with the coffee and dark malt aromas. It is sweet with the coffee and vanilla and thoroughly enjoyable.

Caramel colored with a light tan head. Sweet coffee, honey and vanilla nose. Very sweet coffee honey vanilla and floral hops. Medium to syrupy mouthfeel. Great taste but I wish it were a little less sweet.
