A: Pours a cloudy deep apricot in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation along the edges of the glass and some faint copper + amber highlights. The beer has a finger tall fizzy foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the majority of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of tart/slightly sour wheat with light aromas of apricot.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sour wheat with moderate amounts of lingering tartness. There is a light to moderate flavor of apricots toward the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light to moderate amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Very refreshing, very enjoyable, and very easy to drink - especially on a really hot early summer afternoon in NC (which is already into the low 90s and headed to the high 90s today). Nice natural apricot flavors. Definitely one that I would want to have again, not quite as good as the raspberry but very enjoyable.
