Appearance: Arrives a hazy goldenstraw with a one finger head; shards of lacing
Smell: Piney and pithy with some papaya tones
Taste: Ruby red grapefruit, from the outset, with some papaya adding a tropical tone; pithy and piney bitterness, through the middle and into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: More of a West Coast style to me; pretty good but a bit angular in the bitterness profile
