Pours pitch black and insanely thick. So thick that a very aggressive pour was unable to create any foamy head. Aroma is sweet vanilla and light coconut, pretty boozy. Flavor start out with dark roasted chocolate malt, has a very nice sweet vanilla flavor, light coconut in there, boozy bourbon barrel really smoothes it out nicely. Very flavorful. Light carbonation and extremely thick and viscous. Overall a really good beer, I think the adjuncts faded a bit, would have liked to try it fresh.

L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a deep, dark brown color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. An average amount of lacing.
S: A very good aroma of chocolate, malt, vanilla, coconut, booze, and wood.
T: Tasted of a bit of vanilla (slightly sweet, but kind of fleeting), a decent amount of chocolate (a major factor, but never cloying), a decent bit of malt (present throughout, but very subtle), and a good amount of bourbon (and its accompanying barrel). This is a complex, well done, and powerful flavor. Very tasty.
F: A below average amount of carbonation with a super smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: A thoroughly likable stout. Drinkable.

Bottle picked up from local shop. Pours like motor oil. Smell is roasted malts and vanilla. The flavor is where the coconut shines in a bit. Only problem was this was completely flat. Very thick mouthfeel, but wish it had just a bit of carbonation.
