On-tap at Stone Arch, MSP Airport, Minneapolis, MN

A: The beer is very hazy purpish pink in color. It poured with no head whatsoever.
S: Moderate aromas of raspberry purée are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of raspberries (like the kind of flavoring you would expect in an Italian ice) along with hints of honey.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked how the flavors of raspberries and honey were combined in this beer.

Serving type: on-tap

Fruity dark pink. Limited head Nice sour blend of notes. Smooth light mouthfeel. A little aftertaste that would be great for summer drinking and socializing.

Poured from 375ml bottle into glass. No bottling date information found on bottle, label, or 4-bottle holder.
Cloudy, reddish/amber colored body, with settling particles. One finger pinkish colored head, settles to substantial ring. A few spots of lacing.
Aroma of raspberry, earthy hops, and honey.
Taste of berry and jelly (raspberry and green apple), sweet honey, and slight funk. Raspberry lingers.
Thin to medium body, dry.
An interesting combination of sweet, tart, and funk (all of which are subtle/not overpowering). Refreshing experience.

This beer pours a slightly hazy bright fuchsia, with a light pink colored head of average size. The aroma featuresbright raspberry, dark funk of a wet basement, and honey. The flavor is pleasant and soft, with raspberry, something green and herbal, green apple, and grape jelly. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with lots of drying carbonation. Overall this looked gorgeous, but the flavor was rather simple and lacking in depth, with one main note and no supporting players that really helped.

This beer pours a nice, cloudy, red color. There was no head, but there's a lot of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass.
The nose is, well my first reaction was WOW! You get a delicious raspberry smell, very fruity.
The taste of this beer is slightly fruity, then it kicks in more. It's fairly mellow, and you really don't get any alcohol in the taste.
With the feel you get the carbonation. No real alcohol burn. Not very watery. The raspberry feeling does linger a bit after drinking a sip.
Delicious beer, and I'm glad I bought it.

Really tasty and good-looking beer. There are some unusual earthy and spicy notes going on that I'm not quite sure how to analyze - this being my first braggot - and the raspberry comes through nicely.

Pours a clear sunset raspberry-orange colour. Smells like earthy hops, a bit of honey and touch of tart raspberry. Tastes sweet and fruity; lots of juicy raspberry and touch of alcoholic mead at the finish. Light and refreshing, very drinkable. Lingering raspberry palate.

this is outstanding, one of the best examples of the style i have had. its impressive in that its not too sweet, or even too strong like some of these can be, but also packs an incredible amount of honey flavor as well as fresh raspberry flavor. its a great combination, floral and summery on the honey side of things, a light tartness to balance on the fruit side, balanced and beautiful. what makes this different from other braggot types in my experience (aside from its overall high quality) is the use of a more flavorful sort of belgian yeast strain. its not totally ester laden and gnarly, but it has more flavor than most of these get from their fermenting agent, and it really adds a nice layer. i also get a little bit of white wine in here, not quite acidic, but a little tangy with the raspberry. complex and delicious, these guys have impressed me enormously, and although this is a style i usually steer away from, this is one of the better examples of it that i can recall. fun beer, the raspberry makes it.

Appearance: Arrives hazy and pink with a frothy mauve head; the retention was not great though there were some spots of lace

Smell: Floral, with raspberry tones and honey underneath
Taste: Honey tones forward, with the raspberry adding both sweetness and tartness; nicely balanced through the finish

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: Not often you see a braggot, let alone one with raspberry; surprised to learn it is the brewery's top seller

L: A hazy raspberry pink amber pour kicks up a sudsy pink tinted white foam cap that quickly reduces to a thin film.
S: Honey and berry aromas blend with light floral and light malt. Has a clean fermentation character with raspberry becoming more pronounced as it warms.
T: Starts with a slight honey sweetness and ends lightly tart and raspberry. Mild alcohol, medium to medium low malt, hop flavor and bitterness low to none, medium to medium high tartness but well balanced by the honey and the malt.
F: Very effervescent, light to medium light body, slight warming.
O: A creative, well made braggot.

The owner poured me a glass of this before it was officially on tap. Pink in color. White head.

Lots of raspberries and a heavy dose of honey. Sweet with a light tartness.

Nice carbonation level. Smooth and very drinkable. This is a winner.
