Passion Fruit and Guava
A - Pours out golden, slightly hazy but mostly transparent, white head fades quickly to nothing, and no lacing to speak of.
S - Standard kettle funkiness, strong lactic acidity, a bit of nondescript fruitiness.
T - Follows the nose, with undefined sour fruit notes, the passion fruit and guava coming through but muddled, and a pungent sweet tart aspect that lingers.
M - Moderate weight, some carbonation, and a sharp building puckering aspect.
O - Nothing wrong with this kettle sour, but nothing particularly unique. The flavor is pleasant enough, and it is drinkable, but not memorable.

Pours a cloudy apricot color with a nice eggshell white head . Smell is fresh fruit and wheat. Taste has strawberry,peaches pineapple and vanilla . A fresh and tart fruited sour , 80z pour was just the right amount.
