A one off brew in collaboration with Denis of the Kerelshof beer café in Cassel. Enroute to Belgium last August I spent a evening at the Kerelshof, where I came by this 750ml bottle. It pours a cloudy red amber colour with a beige foamy head. Aromas of caramel & malt. Tastes of caramel, bread, grain & Simcoe hops leading to a medium bitter finish.
