Had on tap. Gold cloudy appearance with a finger of white foam. Smell has florals, rustic belgian yeast, some spices, and fruit esters. Taste injects some malt to the flavor, but at the expense of the rest of the beers, simplifies everything. Feel is light, dry malt forward, floral and somewhat rustic in the finish.

Simply awesome Franch Tripel that packs layers of taste. Very balanced and complex. Fruity, malty and bitter. The alcohol goes unnoticed. A great example that also with organic ingredients you can brew great beer. Hope to get it more often
