This is a collab beer with elderflowers added. Pours slightly hazy copper or light Amber with a rocky head that leaves bits of lace. Nose has light esters, floral, and light malts. Not a Westmalle type of nose for sure. Taste is bigger with a bit of residual sugar honey-ness, summer fruits, and an added flavor I can't describe which I assume comes from the elderflowers. A bit of a triple-saison crossover maybe. Overall a very good and interesting beer.
