The beer is deep brass colored, starting clear but with much sediments fogging it. A white fizzy head that settles leaving little lacing, some curtains.
Smelling fresh fruits, rhubarbs, lemon, some mineral notes.
Starting sweet and fruity, lemon, bitter orange, grape tonic, an alkaloid bitter finish.
High carbonation, rather smooth and refreshing initially then a coarse dry finish. Small body.
Lack some body, and has a bit too mineral/alkaloid notes. But not a bad beer in all.

A: Pours murky orange or perhaps brown. The tan large head is creamy and dissipates after a while into rather nice lacings.
S: Dry malt and lots of fruit. Yeast and spices balances the fruit; green apples and oranges.
T: Dry and light but still full and complex in all it’s modesty; just like a Biere de Garde should be. Taste follows the nose. Yeast and fruits.
M: Aftertaste holds nice balanced sour and dry notes. Body is light, but very refreshing. Carbonation is medium.
O: A very nice Biere de Garde; modest but still complex.
