Thick amber body, fizzy large head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit. Taste is earthy, malty and bitter, some grapefruit. Alcohol concealed well. Tasty brew one of my favourite strong IPAs that had a bit of a farmhouse ale vibe going on. Nice beer.

L - Amber colour with a big white head that lasts
S - Biscuit and floral hops mainly
T - Good complexity, earthy notes and good malt presence
F - Ok mouthfeel
O - A good French DIPA

Holden Amber color, not much head, dissipates quickly. Slightly sweet at first but a bit funky saison after, tastes like a Belgian crisp yeast with slight banana esters. Alcoholic l comes through, but not the hops.
