Dark brown and cloudy with a hint of orange near the edge when held to the light. A huge 5 finger dark brown sandy head fades in a couple minutes.
Chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa, those Halloween chewy candies, coke.
Cocoa, chocolate, dark toasted malts, really like an American porter. More cocoa than milk chocolate.
Medium thin body, moderate soda like carbonation.
Love the bottle and label, and the fact its from France, not to mention it's a craft beer from France. The taste is fine, not overly sweet, just much like a porter. Got it in Kunming, drank May 3rd, 2015.

Pours dark brown with a large, off-white head.
Nose shows subtle nutty and toast notes, Belgian phenols and soft cocoa.
Flavours include more nutty malt, cocoa, spicy noble hops and a Belgian note reminiscent of a tripel.
Carbonation is too high..

Collaboration with Patisserie Vandewalle, Dunquerque, with cocoa nibs (grué de cacao)
A: Dark brown body, small tan head, the head collapses really quick and leaves a small ring, big yeast deposit is left in the bottle
S: bitter-sweet smell of dark chocolate and roasted malts, coffee and loads of cacao, slightly smoky, the nose is really promising
T: roasty, light chocolate, faintly fruity, cola sweetness upfront with slightly coffee-bitter aftertaste, the taste is not so intense as the nose
M: light body, thin and watery mouthfeel
O: The amazing smell really did it for me, the taste was a bit less. the only real shortcoming was the mouthfeel, it was just too watery, could have been a great session stout if it had a lower ABV
