Pours a golden colour with a thin white head that dissiapates very quickly. The nose was quite thin with some earthy hop notes. Hops take a bit more of a citrus turn on the taste. The carbonation was quite active. A refreshing beer.

Bought a 1/2 gallon growler and my lady and I proceeded to kill 3/4 of it in one sitting. No big deal for some but remarkable for us. Great summer beer for sipping or swilling. Very refreshing example of the Kölsch style and much better than anything Yellow Dog brewery next door has to offer.
