On-draught at the brewery in May 2016. 1/2 pint (28cl by their definition) for 2.50 euro.
Soft yet crisp, with a floral and fruity hoo character but fortunately no unbalanced bitterness. Pale malts keep the hops in check, but there isn't too much sweetness from caramalts or the like.
Drinks clean and refreshing. Simple and effective. Discerning drinkers will crave more depth and diversity of hop flavour; in San Diego or Copenhagen this would barely qualify as a pale ale.
As such, it's a nice enjoyable beer. I wouldn't order a second, but it would pair well with food.
