On tap in the brewery's tap room.
On the nose, citrus, tropical (pineapple) and floral notes.
Quite abundant foam and of fair consistency.
Those charged gilded.
Full body and lively and always active carbonation.
In the mouth, a little of that fruity is lost and there is a contrast between the caramelized taste of the malts and the bitter contribution of the hops which, in addition to citrus fruit (grapefruit), has gustatory reflections that also tend to woody and herbaceous (with a slightly balsamic note).
