On tap in the brewery's tap room.
Crunchy notes of malt on the nose, but also herbaceous notes of hops.
Amber color, intense but not excessively.
Abundant foam.
Extremely drinkable and pleasantly carbonated body.
In the mouth, the qualities of a classic Marzen are clouded by the taste and bitterness of the hops.
All in all, a pleasant beer, but - in my opinion - it fails to express the typical characteristics of a classic-classic Marzen in the best possible way.
