Enjoyed on tap at Flying Dreams Brewery. Clear with a golden color. Aroma of grass or fresh hay. Pleasant acidity reminiscent of lemon with vanilla overtones. Mild but noticeable bitter finish. Lively carbonation and refreshing feel. Excellent pilsner, a real stand out!

Poured from an undated 22 oz bottle into the pilsner glass.
A - Excellent clarity, solid carbonation , light gold color. Fine frothy cap
S - Grassy hops, hints of lite malts, a bit of crackers, and herbal lemon verbena.
T - Follows the nose well, add some sharp edges to the aromatics here, with the grassy hops and tight band of malt
M - Medium in body, carbonation cleans up nicely leaving a balanced bitter dry finish
O - A very good Pilsner, the body and aromatics are strong, the flavor are more subtle and nuted.

Large, three finger head of mostly larger bubbles, but it still takes a while to recede and leaves chunky spots of lace. The liquid is green hued gold. Hazy.

Balanced aroma with pilsner malt and a light unmalted barley. The hop smell is floral and subtle.

The flavor is far more hoppy than the smell suggests. In fact, the malt base is very brief on the taste profile. The body leans thin, even for the style. The carbonation is elevated. The bitterness peaks during the swallow and lasts a very long time in the aftertaste. For a pilsner, the flavor is extreme, but the elements are still present.

Picked up at the brewery last week, shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice crystal clear darker gold with a one finger head that fades to leave light lacing and blanket.

S - Aromas of floral hops, grassy, lightly sweet. Good crackers, pilsner malt, light crispness. Very clean.

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Loads of floral and grassy hops. Nice pilsner notes, very good lager as well. Really solid grassy hop notes, there is a light spicy bitter hop note on the finish that contradicts the rest of the beer.

M - Mouthfeel is clearly carbonated, crisp.

O - Overall this is a very solid beer. Good lager notes. Well done. Could do without the bitterness though.

Redoing review based on that this has been updated as a Czech Pils, not German.

Big pillowy round over the top head, great retention and lacing, rocky white head, soapy lacing, crystal clear medium light gold color

Nose nice grainy sweet malts, pilsner malts and corn like aromas are very restrained, some nice herbal floral almost spicy hops, light sulfur-like note as it warms but not in a bad way

Taste more grainy sweet malts, pilsner malt with a very little of the typical corn note - much more Czech-like than German-like, malts overall are restrained, giving way to big hops, mild spicy and fair floral herbal notes, typical saazer, medium bitterness, getting a big crisp bitter finish and more spicy hops late, drier finish, crisp, clean lager

Mouth is med bod, bright effervescent carb, crisp soft lager

Overall excellent for Czech pils, my first review done with the expectation that this was a German pils and I was looking for more malt, but this nails a great Czech pils
