Draft at the brewery
Nice pillowy foamy head with good retention, fair lacing, very hazy orange slight amber color
Nose is a little dank, slight musty, slight tropical like but fair citrus orange, mango, some pith, very slight oniony vegetal like, wheat like doughy malt
Taste brings similar hops as the nose, a bit dank and musty, touch of pine and light oniony herbal character, reminiscent of mosaic, mild tropical notes maybe papaya but nothing specific otherwise, same with citrus some orange peel and pith but otherwise generic citrus, then some light white grape skin notes, a little wheat or flaked doughy creamy malt, medium hop bitterness increasing on the dry finish, finishing almost spicy and dank
Mouth is med to a little fuller creamy bodied, a little light on the carb but medium to lighter
Overall eh, it's not really a bad beer just not a fan of that dank oniony notes, thankfully are light and the citrus and juicy hops take over, otherwise nice bitter spicy ipa that has some NEIPA qualities as well as the west coast style
