Picked this up at the brewery. Poured into my Duvel tulip.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear honey hue with a one finger white head that faded to leave a thin blanket and a light halo.
S - Aromas of light tuttifrooti bubblegum, lighter sweet hops, some light light malt notes. Nice generic fruity hop aromas; citrus, tropical. No alcohol on the nose.
T - Taste is similar to the nose loads of nice fruity bubblegum flavour. Goes nicely with the lightly citrus sweet hops. The malt is on the sweeter side too and the finish is super aggressively bitter. The malt provides a pretty strong backbone; in complete agreement with the other reviewer in the sentiment this screams a West Coast DIPA.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, alcohol hidden well, bitter finish.
O - Overall this was a solid DIPA offering from Dave at Flying Dreams with some nice 'in your face' bitterness.

Looks filtered, but is not. Has a nice golden color that is clear with a strong foam head. West Coast style DIPA, very smooth, opens up extremely well. Huge hop profile that changes as you drink. Sweet, Fruity, Spicy.
