Picked a bottle of this up at the brewery.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a hazy golden orange hue with a big two finger head that faded slowly to leave a nice blanket and solid lacing. Just superb head and color on this beer!
S - Aromas of big lemons and creamy wheat. Nice tartness, light coriander. The peach notes are beyond subtle, they're nonresistant.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Excellent lemon and creamy wheat followed by some nice lighter coriander. Dave has really nailed the base beer down. Nice slightly slightly finish with lingering tartness. The peach is flashes of stone fruit pits along with just a little bit of peach skin.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, medium bodied. Finish just a little flemmy.
O - Overall this base beer is just spot on. Utterly dialed in. The fruit though seems to get a bit lost. It is incredibly, incredibly subtle. I think so far the sour cherry one has been my favourite as that one really delivered.
