This was definitely one rudzud was trying to track down. So I shared a can with him at his grave. I hope he liked it
Pours a light fizzy head with med-low retention, very hazy med orange color
Nose starts like a nice gose, tart acidic lactic acid and creamy lacto, light herb coriander, fair amount of pineapple and a little lemony citrus
Taste brings more tart lacto, fair sourness with lactic acid, fair amount of pineapple juice, as well as generic citrus, maybe a touch lemony but mostly because of the citrus and the sour acidity, light grainy doughy wheat/malt, light coriander spice, just a hint of salt on the back end, mild dry flemmy finish with lingering pineapple and citrus
Mouth is med to lighter bod, fair acidity and a bit flemmy on the finish, med-lighter carb
Overall solid beer, a great base gose, with some decent pineapple on top, neither overpowers the other, although I do think it could have used a bit more pineapple. I think I hear rudzud whispering in my ear about wanting more pineapple in it.
