Black colour, small off white head. good lace. Aroma is weak, coffee, licorice and chocolate. Medium body, almost flat carbonation. Taste of coffee, licorice, notes of chocolate. Normal beer.

From Colagallo. In Shaker glass, at hotel Carmen in Granada. The total lack of foam is its only downside. Very crushable, tasty and balanced. No watery feeling at all. No execessive torrefact nor sweet notes.
