Deep golden color, slightly hazy. Pours a nice sized white head, tightly bubbled and lingering.
Big tropical fruit hop nose, and a citrusy pine kind of aroma. Nice interesting hop nose.
Nice rich hop flavor from the start matching the aroma. A bit fruity and a bit earthy, and turns quite bitter from midmouth onward. A bit old school with some assertive back-end bitterness. Any malt is lost in the copious hop flavors. Finish has a significant lingering bitterness. This one might be a palate destroyer.
Medium body and carbonation, hops borderline astringent at times.
Had no idea what to expect with this beer, and surprised me with the aggressive bitterness. Nice to see an IPA that hasn't completely abandoned the roots of the style. Very tasty but intense for my taste buds.

Golden body with a touch of amber and a big, fluffy off-white head on top. Body is fully transparent. Aroma brings big citrus, a dash of toast and some notes of sweetbread. Flavor brings forth a lots of the citrus in the form of bitter grapefruit rind. Toasty malt in the back end. Feel is a bit light, somewhat like a session IPA might be, with medium carbonation. A balanced IPA with a lighter body and crisp flavors.

Poured from the crowler into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Sudsy and slightly frothy head out of the can, with a three finger tall head that is quite bright white in color. Soapy retention and big bubbles as it settles. Sharp pale amber body color, nearly brass but hints of bronze colors and hues. A good solid impressive looking IPA.
Very nice impressive hop front. Juiced hints of tropics, and a bit of citrus punch. Soft citrus and thick sensing aromas with some slight caramel sweetness. Very nicely put together.
Palate manages some solid qualities. Impressions get more toned down, into just solid basics. Crisp like body, if a hinting bit of wet, but with excellent flavorful mid palate. Hop bit of mild earth and juicy qualities. Session like body feel though, that makes many of the flavors sort of fleeting on the palate. Slightly grainy finish, but also a nice pine bitterness that lingers.
A very nice mixture of hop qualities on a solid IPA. Seemed like it was heading for a bit more but I can easily appreciate this.
