Poured from a crowler into a wheat ale glass.
Very nice darkness for a gose, a light copper like body with brass yellow glow mixed in. Nice clarity, and a touch of foamy head, that only slowly fizzles to a simple but good light white collar.
Tangy nose a bit, but also a good mixing of bready malt notes that get into slight doughy territory. Faint touch of bile though and a strange almost industrial mechanical smell. Still pleasant all considering.
Palate hits the right notes. Tangy and good bready chew in the middle of the palate, with refreshing lemon and even a bit of lime bit mixed in as well. Good mild salinity but just noticeable enough as well on the finish, creating quite a nice dryness to the beer as well.
A very nice take and a good simple tasty gose, with perhaps a faint touch of minor fault that really doesn't ruin the experience overall.
