This ale was brewed in collaboration with Mobtown Brewing Co. and Jasper Yeast to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Waredaca Brewing Co. This dark strong ale is complex, rich and smooth with notes of honey, dried fruit and sweet caramel maltiness. Enjoy slightly chilled in a wide-mouth glass.

Cloudy russet brown, thin tan head, not much retention, spotty lace
Dried apricot, cherry, and sour plum with a bit of dark caramel on the nose. A hint of rose and booze.
Starts off with sweet dried fruit flavors, morphs into toasted brown bread, and finishes dry. A little boozy.
Light bodied for the ABV, could use a bit more carbonation, and is a little hot
Overall it's pretty good, going to hold onto the other can I have and see if it calms down a bit in a year.
