A Montgomery County farm brewery blending farming and brewing into exception beers.
Our brewery is located adjacent to our tasting room in our main building. It contains a ten barrel system with four bright tanks and eight conical fermenters.
Just as our farm crops fuel our brewery, the excess brewing ingredients will feed back onto our farm. We plan to enrich our farm fields via compost from the spent grain from our brews.
We are conveniently located along state route 97, which is one of the busiest roads in our community and stretches from Washington DC to the Mason-Dixon Line, so many local and regional commuters pass by our location every day. Our location has brought us substantial visibility that will make us easily accessible and recognizable as a community meeting place.

This place has evolved and expanded into quite an afternoon destination for many on the weekends. Lots of families take advantage of the open fields and festive atmosphere when the weather is nice.
The brick oven pizza is a big draw, although it appears the menu has a few more options last time I visited.
There are lots of seating options, especially during the warm weather.
The beer selection has expanded somewhat over the years. New beers rotated into the mix is always a pleasant surprise and keeps beer lovers coming back. This is a popular place for good reason, and definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been yet.

This place (a former rural garden center store building turned brewery) includes a huge surrounding grass area complete with tables. It's always busy, or so it seems. Hugely popular in our area, even as it's surrounded by a number of other farm breweries. For me, the beer selection (and the relative quality of their offerings) is the draw. For my wife (a non-beer drinker), their stellar brick oven pizza is the reason she'll jump at the chance to go. The kids (grand-kids in our case) love the pizza and the chance to run and play. I'll let the beers speak for themselves on the beer review page, but any season of the year is a great time to visit. There's usually enough seating inside (or under heat lamps) to enjoy their craft beers in winter. And when the weather is nice, entire extended families make an afternoon of sitting outside in the wide, park-like yard. It's an experience.
I should add that, while I haven't been there recently to see how it all turned out, they were harvesting hops in the adjacent farm area the last time I visited. That was fun to watch.
