Pale gold body with gently rising, small bubble carbonation; thick, frothy head. Citrus aroma; lemon and tangerine. Mild, bread-like flavor with a subtle hop bitterness and slightly peppery taste; lemony. Medium body; gentle and crisp on the palate; strong dry finish.
An all-around excellent witbier. Crisp and light with gentle yet varied flavors of light grain and citrus fruits.
