Pale yellow body; lots of gently rising carbonation; huge, fluffy, white head. Grass aroma with hints of lemon or lime. Light citrus flavor with bread notes; slightly yeasty; nice blend of hop bitterness to add depth and balance. Medium-light body; soft; powdery; semi-dry finish.
A fine tasting, light bodied ale offering delicate flavors over a wide-spectrum tastes. It reminds me somewhat of a lemon sponge cake. It's quite enjoyable to find a uniquely flavored IPA that doesn't scream hop-overload yet still delivers a refreshing treat to the palate.
