Opaque, black body topped with a thick, tan, creamy head. Light cherry aroma. Light charred grain flavor with a touch of cherry sweetness and sourness. Medium-heavy body; mostly sweet finish but with a somewhat dry alcohol edge.
A solid dark Cascadian ale hybrid. The black cherries add a light, delicate fruit touch to the dark malt character. Subtle yet with nice depth and balance throughout.
