Turbid, dirty orange colored body; thin, foamy head; sheets of foam adhering to the side of the glass. Plum-like aroma; some tartness and twang to the things. Mild, old fruit flavor; some gentle wild ale yeast hints; orange and other citrus qualities. Heavy yet smooth; dry on the palate.
A nifty little beer that exceeds the sum of its parts. This doesn't come across like a hard-core wild ale, it isn't strongly sour or tart, yet delivers a nice, gentle fruitiness with a nice trace of brett wildness.
