Light yellow body, unfiltered and cloudy; thick, creamy, white head. Ginger pungency in the aroma; spicy and aromatic. Bittersweet flavor; husky and astringent; old, citrus-like fruit qualities. Medium body; soft and velvety on the palate; powdery and dry.
