Hazy, peach colored body; decent head. Rich, cereal aroma; fruity, peachy aroma. The taste follows the aroma yet richer and more pronounced. Medium-heavy body; rather sweet but with a dry finish.
This may have been a beer I was forewarned about as far as over-carbonation. Regardless, it is difficult to give rave reviews when the bottle erupts upon opening. On the bright-side, the smell and aroma are deep, rich and inviting and highlight the oat adjuncts.
