At Local Relic, we're always excited for IPA season, and this Idaho 7 IPA is one of our favorites. Bright tropical and citrus notes make this a delightful front-porch sipper, but at nearly 10%, it might be equally delightful against a hearty meal!

Beautiful orange body topped with a thick, creamy head. A rather hard to fathom aroma, a little sweet and floral with some fruity, almost citrus-like tones. The taste also is difficult to get a grip on; mostly bitter citrus rind with some light, doughy malt notes. Bright, crisp on the palate; somewhat tangy.
I suppose some of the Idaho Seven hop qualities make their presence known, yet, overall, the beer is rather humdrum.
