Straw yellow body, slightly cloudy; lively carbonation; thin, fizzy head. Very light funk in the aroma, otherwise exuding a lemon-like note. Hay-like flavor intermingled with some very dull ester fruitiness; phenolic; perhaps a touch of wood. Medium body; watery and bubbly; very dry and mouth puckering.
Not a bad brett offering. It doesn't present a strong barnyard funk per se, but there is some suggestions of it.
