Aroma- I was getting a little cherry but mostly the aroma of overripe grapes in a vineyard.
Appearance- Dark ruby with a white head that disappeared fairly rapidly.
Mouth Feel- Light in body with a think sugary finish on the tongue
Taste- Malty sweetness to start with some Belgian yeast fruity notes with a sweet grape wine finish.
Beer was a little too sweet for me, the Cabernet flavor is apparent in the beer, but I think the beer could benefit from just a tad more hop bitterness to equal out the extra sweetness of the Cabernet.
