Kool-Aid mixed with what could be a decent beer. This isn't a joke. I frequented this establishment for 15 years before I moved back to NH. This is one of their worst offerings ever. Just a complete failure--HOWEVER--they have many other great beers to try. I really like the Sasquatch. It is very complex, perfect carbonation and hides the high alcohol content well.

On tap at the brewpub.
A: a very attractive reddissh--orange color;clear with a weak head and very limited lacing.
Aroma: wonderful mix of fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and bisquits.
Flavor: mildly sweet mixed with some tartness at fiirst and very mild bitterness in the aftertaste. More lambic than dubbel. Faint oak.
Feel: light bodies with medium-high carbonation.
O: a dubbel for fans of lambics
"Packed wtih 480 lbs. of strawberries and aged on oak chips".
