Copper color with a thick light caramel head with eternal retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of dry hay, mint, mild orange jam and prunes.
Flavor with notes of prunes, some cloves, grainy malt, hay, herbal hops and ginger. Dry aftertaste with a perceivable medium bitterness.
Light body with slightly effervescent carbonation. Alcohol of 7% is well disguised.
Well balanced and easy to drink Dubbel. It is fruity as expected on one side, but with enough herbal hops to counter it.
