Amber copper color with a thick three fingers head with eternal retention and leaving good laces.
Aroma with notes of biscuit malt, lots of vanilla, mild fresh papaya and some herbal tea.
Flavor with predominant notes of spices, floral and herbal hops, biscuit, papaya, vanilla, mild cocoa and toasted malts. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Deceivingly medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Feels somewhat velvety, nitrogen?
Flavorful English Pale Ale or Nitrogen ESB? Any way I liked its vanilla, floral and cocoa notes.
