Deep black color with a very thick head with great retention and leaving laces.
Light aroma with notes of espresso coffee, cream chocolate and mild licorice.
Flavor with notes of coffee, creamy and dark chocolate, wood or cocoa, some licorice and herbal hops. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness and a lingering chocolate note.
Velvety deceivingly medium to full body with nitrogen carbonation.
Well executed Stout with assertive chocolate related notes. I usually have the impression that nitrogen masks some nuances, but you gain that nice velvety feeling.
