"We have intensified this Hazy IPA with the addition of Phantasm thiol powder, to naturally release fruit-forward aromatics.
Expect bursts of freshly cut passionfruit, zesty grapefruit and hints of guava. Brewed with malted oats and wheat for a pillowy foundation, then hopped with Motueka, Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret -- it’s a truly unique sensory experience."
Pint (425ml) on-draught @ Cry Baby, Adelaide. Collab with Garage Project. Phantasm variant of "What's In The Box?"
Coating, silky smooth, refreshing, soft. Great mouthfeel. Perfect carbonation.
Not getting any white wine from the Nelson. I do get pleasant citrus, subdued guava, and vague fruit. Hop profile, while a bit muddled, is enjoyable and balanced, yielding a pleasant ale when married to the beer's impressively soft texture.
