Service was great 10 beers on tap, decent variations. I didn’t have anything outstanding but beer was good.

Yes, another high quality, super chill micro beer spot on the outskirts of Brooklyn's cultural epicenter neighborhood, Park Slope....

Visited in the event and the first thing I noticed is that this place is very dimly lit!...comfortable, inviting, mid sized rectangular shaped room with a small bar to the left as you enter and numerous tables towards the rear, friendly bartender, very tasty and nicely crafted beers available...dont think they distribute much, but there were several varieties of cans available to go...Well worth a visit, or as part of a Park Slope crawl....

this little place is awesome, some very interesting beers working and we had a wonderful time visiting. the bar is tiny, just a handful of seats there and around the tiny taproom, with a real working brewery feel, equipment visible in the back. they had a surprisingly good selection on, everything from ipa types to english styles and dark beers, they seem to cover quite a bit of ground on the beer list. i liked everything we tasted here, they are using a lot of new york state grown grain and hops which is cool, but i think there are distinctive characteristics to these local ingredients that come through nicely in the beers, they all seemed sort of rustic and agricultural to me, even the more refined ones had an old world appeal to them. i really liked the rye pale ale, as well as the wolf kingdom and farmers bliss and woes ipas, but all of the beer was very good. dude behind the bad was super cool as well, showed me around the brew house, shared some local spirits with us, and had a lot to say about their beers, made the experience that much cooler for us. i love the humble and mellow vibe in here, think the beer is worthy of some hype, and would rank this place among my favorites from our trip to the city, really impressive little operation here, dont miss this place!

Stopped in here pretty early on a quiet Saturday afternoon. I had the whole place to myself at first, but by the time I left a half a dozen or so people were there.

Small tasting room in Brooklyn, small bar, a few tables scattered around, simple but pleasant decor. Place looks like it's pretty new.

I sampled a handful of beers here. They were all decent enough, but nothing was great or a stand out though. Selection was a bit small, 8 taps or so. But this is a small place, so it's understandable that they don't have a ton on tap.

Service was really good. The girl working the bar was helpful and very friendly.

A pleasant enough place that I'm glad I checked out. Can easily walk here from Threes as well.

Strong Rope is about as basic of a tasting room as you can get. The design color theme is white with wood and a little bit of gunmetal steel. The bar itself is quite interesting with slabs of wood for the top, and white subway tiles beneath - all in front of whitewashed bricks. The taps are set in a piece of wood that mimics the bar, and industrial lights overhead complete the look.

There are only a few seats at the bar, and just a few tables towards the back, but there are bar rails around and it's not too uncomfortable to stand around and talk - keep in mind there's no food, although you can bring it in or have it delivered (if you can get a table that is!).

There are 10 beers on tap, and they seem pretty well balanced between styles so that everyone in your party should be able to find something they like.

It's an interesting and enjoyable stop, and probably worth checking out.

Tiny little place with big open walk-in. Bar seats 5 or 6, with 2 tables on the back wall. Fairly large empty space between bar area and brewing area separated by a few kegs and misc stuff. While we were there a few people streamed in and out, but not crowded. Very much the neighborhood feel. Nine beers on tap, the ones I had were solid. They've been open about 3 months, great potential...
