Brown color with a beige head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of orange marmalade, car pine essence for cars and red fruits.
Flavor with notes of apple puree, pine, prunes soaked in liquor, vanilla, panettone with dry fruits, orange soda and some toasted malts. Dry aftertaste with a low to medium bitterness.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 8.5% abv is well disguised.
Ok Belgian strong Dark Ale, you can say it has a unique taste combining pine with Belgian flavors. Not plain, but also not that complex for the style and not sure if the flavors had an ever happy marriage.
