Bottle from Greg and Jane's
Huge carbonation, a gentle pour produces half a glass of bubbles and a hazy yellow liquid with a steady stream of bubbles. Clove and spice on the nose with bits of pepper sweet bread white wine and earthy yeast. Crisp bubbly refreshing beverage. I enjoyed it.

From the 650 ml. bottle that was released on April 1, 2017. Sampled on April 7, 2017.
The color of the pour is an unfiltered, cloudy pale yellow with a modest, lacing white head.
The aroma emits a pleasant toasted bread, Belgian sweetness, orange peel, and lemon zest character with a low grassy hop profile. Smells fresh and clean.
The mouthfeel is light to medium but smooth.
The lemon notes jump forward in the taste with the toasted white bread, orange peel, and slight herbal qualities bringing up the rear. Ends crisp and clean.
Only available in New Hampshire.
