From a 32 oz. crowler obtained at the brewery on October 5, 2018.
It pours a medium amber color with a quick lasting cream colored head and moderate clarity.
Big esters of sweet and toasted caramel and toffee malts with a low to no hop profile. Vague fruit but you have to look for it.
Medium or better body and smooth.
The taste has the same malt forward sweetness as the aroma suggests but then there is this subtle chocolate character. Maybe it is my imagination but there it is. Dry, mild ending.
